韩国AICIT旗下期刊和会议千万不能投，诈骗！ 已有2人参与

Sample Text韩国AICIT旗下期刊今年都被EI提出来了，包括（JCIT, JDCTA, IJACT, AISS）等，而且其旗下会议ICIPM2013和ICIPT 2013，已经于4月一日召开，但是4月11日收到ACM的邮件说会议论文不出版了，但是AICIT现在对作者既不回复也不退钱。 以下是ACM对韩国AICIT下会议ICIPT 2013取消发表的邮件，但是AICIT现在对作者既不回复也不退钱。 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Author, ACM has discovered that the review process for submissions to the 2013 International Conference on Information Processing, Management and Intelligent Information technology did not meet the standards agreed upon when ACM approved the application to publish the 2013 ICIPT proceedings as part of ACM's International Conference Proceeding Series. Consequently, ACM has informed the sponsoring organization that ACM will not publish the proceedings of the ICIPT conference. All rights in your paper that you have granted to ACM are hereby null and void. These rights now return to the original copyright owner, and you are free to pursue publication of your material in other venues. We sincerely apologize to those of you who submitted legitimate original work to this conference and we hope that you are able to identify an alternative venue for the publication of your work. ACM的最新回复： Dear Authors, Many of you have replied to ACM’s announcement that we have cancelled publication of the 2013 ICIPT proceedings due to problems in the review process. You have asked ACM for more detail about these problems and have asked to have your “registration” and/or “publication” fees returned. Some of you have also asked whether the cancellation applies to ICIPM papers as well. ACM was informed by the organizers of the conference that there was only one single conference this year, named ICIPT, and that it was formed by the merger of two previous conferences, ICIPM and ICIIP. ACM is cancelling publication of ICIPT and, based on the information we received, ACM must assume that cancellation includes the papers for ICIPM and ICIIP. ACM is not involved in this conference financially and has neither asked for nor received any publication fees, or any other money at all from the conference. ACM publishes proceedings in the ACM ICPS series at its own expense, collecting no fees. We recommend that authors contact the Program Chair {email: icipt@aicit.org} and the organizers of the conference at AICIT {emails: icipm@aicit.org icipt@aicit.org} who received all your money. ACM has written to the organizers of the conference about this matter but has not yet received any response. There are several reasons for the cancellation. 1. A number of Reviewers who were listed as part of the Program Committee did not take part at all. When ACM gives approval for publication, it is based in part on the academic credentials of the reviewers listed. ACM operates on the honor system. The people listed in the Program Committee are supposed to have committed to participate in the review process before they are listed. 2. All work published by ACM is supposed to be original research. When the papers were delivered to ACM for publication, ACM discovered that an unacceptable number of papers plagiarized earlier works. It is the job of the Program Committee to weed these out and reject them. ACM cannot publish a proceedings that will potentially incur lawsuits against ACM for infringement of copyright and plagiarism. ACM has never had to cancel publication of an entire proceedings before this. ACM realizes that there are legitimate papers included among the 181 accepted by the Program Committee for publication. But it will not benefit the authors of these legitimate papers to appear in a volume that is so tarnished. ACM has officially returned all rights to authors so that you may submit the legitimate papers for publication in a reputable journal or conference. AICIT旗下的杂志千万别投了，两个事实： 1、2013年AICIT旗下四个EI源刊（IJACT,JDCTA,JCIT ,AISS）被EI踢出去了，不检索了（征稿的时候招牌是EI检索），现在好多作者在维权，想往回要钱，但是没人搭理。 2、2013年AICIT已经举办的会议ICIPM2013，ICIPT2013，ICIIP2013，被ACM通知取消出版了，现在沟通的情况是退钱不可能，要押到后面找会议给出版，faint！ 维权群号： 名称:AICIT退款退稿 群号:298860924，现在89人 名称:aicit维权 群号:228063781，现在36人， 名 称:韩国AISS期刊 群号:256895515，现在76人 大家可以上去看看，就知道AICIT是个什么组织了，疯狂弄杂志，疯狂办会，极不负责，而且国内有很多汉奸中介帮着忽悠，现在出事了，没一个露头的。 不要再上当了！！！ [ Last edited by wdiger1980 on 2013-4-17 at 16:18 ] |
