[求助] 农杆菌介导遗传转化方面一句话翻译

The T-complex nuclear import is thought to occur via the importin ɑ-dependent pathway , in which VirD2 directly interacts with the importin and VirE2 is recognized by the importin ɑ via a molecular adaptor, VirE2-interacting protein 1 (VIP1), which is encoded by the plant cell and is able to bind both VirE2 and importin ɑ.

通常认为,T-复合物的核内输是靠内输蛋白a-依赖性通路完成的,在这条通路中VirD2直接与内输蛋白发生作用,
并且内输蛋白a通过分子适配器(VirE2-作用蛋白1(VIP1))来识别VirE2,而VirE2-作用蛋白1(VIP1)是由植物细胞编码的,可以同时与VirE2和内输蛋白结合。
