帮忙给翻译一下划线部分的意思，谢谢！ We can’t handle a 31 page paper per guidelines from the publisher. The length of the papers needs to remain below 12 pages. I can offer you up to an additional 12 journal pages (up to 24 pages) or equivalent to two papers but I am afraid that is about as high as we can go since otherwise, we would have issues with the publisher. |
