[交流] How to achieve happiness?

How to achieve individual satisfaction has become a frequent topic of discussion among the people with different economic status. It is a common argument that wealthy people tend to be happier than those impoverished. However others hold that its achievement is likely to be attributed to other factors.

There is no doubt that the possession of a huge amount of money will allow people to enjoy a luxury type of life. This kind of life including large house, brand cars and expensive decorations could enhance the quality of life and personal happiness in a prompt way. In addition, the wealthy could be satisfied by conducting charity works. Many rich people have gained a lot of personal satisfaction from the donation activity or fund raising for the vulnerable group of people .

Although individual happiness is partly determined by enconmic status, several other factors are associated with increased level of happiness. One of the major factors is harmonious family environment. No matter what economic level is, a comfortable home with close family relationship could be the best way to obtain happiness. Such place is also a spot where one could greatly relax after tiring work.  Furthermore, the personal happiness is likely to link with self achievement. This is especially the case when I get one paper published in high impact Journal.

To sum up, despite the fact that better economic status may increase some people\'s happiness, other factors such as hamonic family or personal achievement are related to the happiness level of an individual.

When you enter a new economic status, there should be new balance .

Without a balance like WeiQi chess used, you will be unhappy.

So, you should adjust your mental status at any time when state changed.

The past and present is so intertwined in my life！ Sometimes I can't tell them apart.  life is a mean teacher:you take a test first , then a lesson follows.A bitter lesson learnt from the past: a man must know himself well, so  he can have  a right opinion about himself.  Thus a wise man knows what he is capable of and act accordingly . "Happy are those  who don't ask for too much in their life" ,I  thought.
