刚刚收到主编的信，涉及抄袭。内容如下： Your paper reports some new interesting results. Unfortunately, however, we are afraid that we can not send your manuscript for review. This decision is based on the fact that your paper has a number of places which were copied from previous publications (the similarity of the paper with other publications is 29%). Copying texts from other papers (including your past publications) is not allowed, unless there are explicit acknowledgements to those previous publications and written permissions of the copyright holders. In future, we would like you to pay special attention to this issue. 很多东西是经典的，借鉴后才提出自己的算法。遇到这种情况，该怎么办呢？请大家指教 |
