2013年IEEE国际信号处理、通信和计算大会
征文通知
2013年度IEEE 信号处理、通信和计算国际会议(2013 International Conference on Signal Processing, Communication and Computing (ICSPCC 2013))将于2013年8月5日至8日在昆明召开。该次会议是西北工业大学、IEEE西安分会、IEEE香港分会联合主办，会议将邀请国际知名专家做大会报告、及有影响专家学者做专题报告，并共同研讨信号处理、通信和计算领域的新理论、技术和应用，欢迎相关专业的教师与学生积极参与，大力支持。现将会议征文事项通知如下：
ICSPCC 2013会议论文集将由IEEE出版，收录在IEEE Xplore, 并被EI Compendex 全文检索。
