Admittedly, the major weakness of planning for the future lies in the losing focus on the present. This is mainly exemplified in the jobs such as nurses, construction workers that require high level of concentration during working. If the nurses lose focus on patients, the patients could severely injured or even die from the wrong medications or medical procedures. Also, the moderate consequence of losing focus on the present may results in relatively low work efficiency. If this is noticed by the manager, the employee will have a hard time or even a termination on working relationship.

from my experience, to make a plan is easy just taking you a few minutes but the most impornat thing is to its feasibility. The other thing is the flexibility to reach your plan.
