[求助] 电化学摘要,求翻译,拒绝软件翻译

铜蛋白(cuprein)广泛存在于生物体中,铜蛋白有多种生理功能,比如载氧、传递电子、作为氧化剂等。血蓝蛋白(Hemocyanin, HC)和二胺氧化酶(Diamine oxidase, DAO)均为含铜的蛋白质。血蓝蛋白是动物界三大呼吸蛋白之一,是一种多功能蛋白质,不仅具有输氧功能,还具有调节动物体渗透压,储存能量等作用,相关研究表明其还可能具有酚氧化酶的催化活性。二胺氧化酶是铜蛋白家族中一种非常重要的催化蛋白酶,在组胺,腐胺和尸胺等多种胺类物质代谢过程起非常重要的作用。在此之前,基于血蓝蛋白及二胺氧化酶的电化学研究并不多见,但是研究铜蛋白对研究物种进化及物种起源有着相当大的帮助,同时研究血蓝蛋白及二胺氧化酶生物传感器的直接电化学行为和催化机理,有助于研究血蓝蛋白及二胺氧化酶在生物体的生理作用,对医学研究,环境检测与保护等领域有很大帮助。
本论文以研究血蓝蛋白及二胺氧化酶的直接电化学行为及电催化行为为目的,构建出几种相应的电极。本论文的主要工作有:
1) 成功制备了纳米金/纤维素季铵盐/炭黑纳米复合膜(AuNPS@QC/BC)。利用AuNPS@QC/BC纳米复合膜成功固定了血蓝蛋白,成功构建出AuNPS@QC/BC/HC修饰电极。研究表明:在AuNPS@QC/BC 纳米复合膜上的HC能够实现直接电化学行为,并对邻苯二酚及对苯二酚有良好的催化活性。
2) 我们在AuNPS@QC/BC纳米复合膜的基础上加入了亲水性的离子液体,并用于固定二胺氧化酶(DAO),成功构建出AuNPS@QC/BC/IL/DAO纳米修饰电极。研究表明:在AuNPS@QC/BC/IL 纳米复合膜上的DAO能够实现直接电化学行为,并对组胺,腐胺,尸胺等胺类物质有良好的催化作用。
3) 我们利用炭黑(BC)/离子液体(IL)制备出碳糊电极,并成功固定了HC,构建出BC/IL/HC修饰电极。研究表明:在BC/IL上的HC能够实现直接电化学行为,并对双酚A有良好的催化活性。

Cuprein widely exists in living organisms. It has a variety of physiological functions, such as oxygen carrier, electron transfer and oxidant, etc. Hemocyanin (HC) and diamine oxidase (DAO) are all copper containing proteins. HC is one of the three respiratory proteins in animal kingdom. It is a kind of multi-functional proteins acting as oxygen carrier, adjustment of the osmotic pressure in animal body, storage of the energy, and probably the catalytic activities of phenol oxidase according to the (recently) related reports. DAO is a very important catalytic protease in the family of cuprein, which plays a vital important role in metabolism process of amine substances, such as histamine, putrescine and cadaverine, etc. Surprisingly, there are few reports on electrochemical study of HC and DAO prior to this work. The study of cuprein will be of great help in the understanding of the evolution and origin of species. In the meantime, the study on the direct electrochemical behaviors and catalytic mechanisms of HC and DAO biosensors will aid us in better understanding the physiological function of HC and DAO in organisms, and be of great help in the field of medical research, environmental monitoring and protection.

In this thesis, several electrodes have been fabricated with the aim of studying the direct electrochemical behaviors and electrocatalytic functions of HC and DAO. The main contents of the thesis are as follows:
1) AuNPS@QC/BC nano-composite film has been successfully fabricated. And by immobilization of the HC on the AuNPS@QC/BC, s AuNPS@QC/BC/HC modified electrode was also successfully fabricated. The study shows that: the HC immobilized on the AuNPS@QC/BC nano-composite film can realize direct electrochemical behavior, and has good catalytic activity on catechol and hydroquinone.
2) After successful fabrication of the AuNPS@QC/BC nano-composite films, hydrophilic ionic liquid was further introduced to immobilize the DAO. In this way, a AuNPS@QC/BC/IL /DAO nano-modified electrode was successfully fabricated. The study shows that: the DAO immobilized on the AuNPS@QC/BC/IL nano-composite film can realize direct electrochemical behavior, and has good catalytic performance on amine substances, such as histamine, putrescine and cadaverine.
3)  The BC/IL/HC modified electrode was successfully assembled by immobilization of the HC on the carbon paste electrode fabricated using BC/IL. The study shows that: the HC immobilized on the BC/IL can realize direct electrochemical behavior, and has good catalytic activity on bisphenol A.
