    翻译：***  can design microstructure of metallic materials from a deeper angle to improve metallic material properties.

尽量 简明扼要，符合科技英语表述。其中红色字体非常没有把握。

恰恰是黑体字不太地道, 典型的中国式英语.
能够前面的话是什么?  谁? 或什么?  这句话用被动态来说可能更好些.

2 Study on the evolution of material microstructure  是否可以做主语。很少看到这样的主语。

1. “从更深层次角度”这一说法我没见过，所以替换掉了。
2. 名词短语作主语，应该没问题吧。

"从更深层次角度" 这句话的汉语语法也是有问题的.
