[交流] D-glucose还原制备Au 纳米颗粒的配比?

我现在想用D-glucose还原制备Au 纳米颗粒,超声环境下,查了几篇文献,没有提到具体配比以及化学反应方程,哪位朋友做过这方便的工作,能否给我提点建议,谢谢大家!

Sugar assisted evolution of mono- and bimetallic nanoparticles

The metal nanoparticles (Au, Ag, Pd and Pt) were synthesized by dissolving 0.2 gm of a sugar (glucose, fructose and sucrose) in 3.9mL water and 100 micro-L of the corresponding metal salt solutions (10−2 M) (HAuCl4, AgNO3, PdCl2, and H2PtCl6 were used for the respective nanoparticles preparation) were added into it. The solutions were heated on a hot water bath. After a particular time, the solution turned pink for gold, yellow for silver and for both platinum and palladium the solution turned black indicating the formation of the corresponding metal nanoparticles. The heating was continued until the solutions were evaporated to dryness. Now, 4mL of water was again added to the container and sonicated for 30 min in order to redisperse the particles.

谢谢楼上的朋友,可我用超声环境下(室温)并没有还原出金属粒子,难道葡萄糖在这种情况下不能发挥其还原型吗?
