| 为了实现某型掠海恒高拖靶系统的高度控制功能,设计了舵机执行机构和舵回路控制电路。采用螺旋滑动丝杠传动机构,确定了牙形角、公称直径和导程等参数,并计算了螺母和螺纹的长度,验证了机构自锁条件;通过对减速比的计算,选择了合适的减速箱型号;通过对电机功率及速度常数的计算,参照电机样本数据表资料,完成了电机的正确选型,并进行了指标验算;设计了以L292功放模块为直流电机驱动器的舵回路控制电路。实际使用表明设计合理,各项性能指标满足要求。 |

| A servo executing agency and the rudder loop control circuit design was designed to achieve height control of a certain sea-skimming constant high tow target system.Spiral sliding screw drive mechanism is to determine the tooth-shaped angle,nominal diameter and lead,etc.Then verifying the institution's self-locking conditions by calculating the length of the nut and threaded.Next,the deceleration box marque was determined by calculating the reduction ratio.At last,motor's marque was determined by motor power and speed constants company with reference of sample data sheet information and complete the indicators checking.And the L292 power amplifier module was choosed as the rudder loop control circuit of DC motor drives.In conclude,actual use demonstrate its rightness and surely meet the requirements of the performance. |
