Ñо¿ËùÄÚÍøÉÏ¿´µ½µÄ£¬ºÍÎÒû¹ØÏµ¡£Çë±ðÁªÏµÎÒ![]() The Institute of Biomaterial Science in Teltow of the Helmholtz-Zentrum Geesthacht and Berlin-Brandenburg-Centre for Regenerative Therapies (BCRT), invite applications for a Scientist Postdoc (m/f) code no. 2013/B 3 in Pharmaceutical Sciences, focussing on hydrogels and hydrogel based delivery systems. This position is initially a 2-years fixed term contract. You will be strengthening our research activities on hydrogels with tailorable physicochemical properties and their application for controlled release of bioactive molecules including therapeutic proteins and peptides. These physical or covalently crosslinked hydrogels will be based on fully synthetic polymers as well as functionalized biopolymers and should particularly be biocompatible, degradable, and suitable for in vivo applications in regenerative medicine. The hydrogels can be used as bulk materials, but may also be injectable with thermosensitive gelation or may be shaped as particles. You will be responsible for the benchwork of your own projects and will furthermore provide contributions in guiding Ph.D./master students. Additionally, you will actively participate in the publication of the results, preparation of patents, and in attracting of additional funding. You have a strong background in biomaterials for drug delivery, particularly in hydrogels for drug/protein delivery. This is documented by your educational training and Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences as well as a significant number of publications in the field. You possess substantial practical experience in the formation of hydrogels as drug carriers and their comprehensive characterization, which includes, e.g., rheology or drug release studies for the hydrogel matrix as well as analytical characterization of the polymer morphology and composition. Ideally, you already have collected experience as a postdoctoral researcher and furthermore have additional practical experience in hydrogel synthesis. Applicants with a strong interest in translational research are especially welcome. You will work in an interdisciplinary team with pharmaceutical scientists, chemists, material engineers, biologists, immunologists, and scientists of other disciplines in the field of regenerative medicine.
