[交流] is it the right time point for buying a house now?

it's been anoyying me for a long time that when it's the right time to buy a house.
Years ago, i planned to buy meself an appartment in the city center, but the plan failed in the end because of the short of money. It's more or less a pity for me to let such a good change sneak.
There's nothing else i can do.
Now, the price of a real estate is skyrocking.
No matter how much money i've saved, i'll still not be able to afford it.
Finally, i came with a not bad idea, renting a house.
In China, renting one is pretty much easier than owning it.
It's the last choice i can make,i guess.
what do you think?
