恼火啊，修改论文花了三千大洋，版面费三千，总共六千大洋啊，都打水漂了。 下面是编辑回信： Dear Thanks a lot for your contact. Unfortunately, AJCS will not be indexed for 2013. We are trying to solve this problem but there is no guarantee. I am able to withdraw your manuscript at this stage but no able to refund the publication fee. I am so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that this does not make problem. Regards Tony |
