在线信用卡付款后如何在OSA系统中打印出版费用证明invoice

论文被OSA的AO杂志接收。老板用信用卡交超页费后，原来的付款链接变为: "We are sorry. There is no publication fee summary for your review. This may be the result of having already paid your document charges or having already created your invoice. Once an invoice has been created you are no longer able to access this link to pay online with a credit card. Please submit your payment by credit card, check or wire transfer to OSA Finance. Please contact OSA if you feel this is in error." 现在想要出版费的缴纳证明invoice，OSA的提示付款邮件中有： “If an invoice is needed, you may print one from the OSA system for publication charges. Sheridan Press requires prepayment for all reprint orders.” 现在我有如下个问题： （1）Invoice是否已经Created，并将随后发到老板的邮箱里？ （2）在OSA系统中如何打印invoice证明(具体网站路径如何，我没找到。。。)? （3）原来排版稿中AO预期是4月1号发表，但我今天发现这一期没有我的文章，是不是跟费用交迟了有关？ 谢谢！ [ Last edited by avast2009 on 2013-4-3 at 09:29 ] |
