3。根据前人研究定位的QTL与邻近分子标记距离较近, 且利用分子标记定位群体进行分子标记辅助选择(MAS),有利于提高选择效率. 本研究发现了白粉病抗性3个位点, 为黄瓜白粉病抗性分子标记辅助选择提供了可能, 为简便、快速转育黄瓜白粉病抗性奠定了基础。
3。According former researches ，there are contiguous markers with identified QTLs and using MAS can improve the efficient of selecting for quantitative resistance to disease in breeding programmers. Three Quantitative trait locus were discovered in the study, which should help to implemented to facilitate the development of cucumber PM resistance breeds by molecular-marker assisted selection and establish the base to transfer resistance gene to elite commercial cucumber varieties.
