[Abstract]0bjective To study the mutation of the mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA)ND1 gene of the human esophageal squamous carcinoma EC9706 cells． Methods The mtDNA was extracted in human esophageal squamous carcinoma EC9706 cells and ND1 gene was amplified and sequenced． Results The gene sequencing was successfully detected．Point mutation(C3 971T)in ND1 gene was found by sequencing in the human esophageal squamous carcinoma EC9706 cells． Conclusion The mutation of the mtDNA NDI gene of the human esophageal squamous carcinoma EC9706 cells is related to the occurrence and development of esophageal carcinoma． |
