麻烦陶瓷高手检查一下这样的陶瓷信是否有问题，为什么申请时回复率太低(10~20%)

Dear Prof. XX: Thank you very much for checking this E-mail from your busy work. My name is XX, a Ph.D in xx graduated from Prof. xx's lab. at xx University. The date of graduation was xx, 2012. As I am strongly interested in xx, I am looking for a postdoctoral position next years in order to enrich my interested knowledge and skills. Therefore, could I know that whether there is a vacant position provided for a postdoctoral researcher in your research group? My past research works and related experimental skills are listed as following, which might be useful in your research group.
