外资音响企业招聘声学工程师（博、硕）

Position: Acoustic Engineer Report to: Electronics Director Location: Xiamen, P.R.China Please directly contact:velda.zheng@matchhr.com Responsibilities: -Specification, design, implementation and test of acoustical solutions for corded USB and wireless Bluetooth headset products, mono and stereo, in close cooperation with the rest of the project team. -Coordination of own development activities (e.g. specification, planning and follow-up) on the different projects and with related external component suppliers. -Specifying the needed validation testing and manufacturing test. -Assist the other team members both in Denmark and China in building a “state-of-the-art” acoustical development environment. -Assist the other members in the acoustical team in developing processes and tools enabling state-of-art electro acoustics development. -Carry out activities in support of existing acoustics and hardware products in the areas of quality verification, quality improvements, cost savings and failure analysis from existing production Requirements: -Master’s degree or PhD in acoustics or electro-acoustics is preferred. Bachelor’s degree with strong hands-on experience will also be considered. -Minimum 4 years experience in electronic industry. In depth experience with development of acoustical solutions in the telecom or wireless industry. In addition, following experience is preferred: -Experience with acoustic system development and a keen interest in growing your skills in electro acoustic design. -Experience with acoustical solutions in small products. -Experience with embedded digital/analogue HW design – including experience with interface circuits for microphones and loudspeakers. -Experience with schematic capture systems and component databases. -Experience with Word, Excel, MS Project and Sound Check or other similar acoustics test tool is a plus. -Experience with work in a cross cultural organization (Denmark, China and US). -Hardware , Software, DSP, Engineering and quality knowledge [ Last edited by angelaho on 2013-3-29 at 10:23 ] |
