高粘度假塑性流体在搅拌釜中的传热与传质过程十分复杂，现有的理论很难揭示这两个过程的本质。目前，对于传热问题，绝大部分是通过大量的实验数据回归出传热系数的准数方程，但计算值和实验值往往相差较大，而且回归出的方程也不适用于各种流体；对于传质问题，测量搅拌釜内流场的实验装置都很昂贵，而且对于流动场的测量工作相当地浪费时间、人力、财力和物力，有时受到检测环境的制约，很多反应器内的流动场无法用现有的检测方法测量得到。 计算流体力学（CFD）方法利用基本守恒方程，根据实验环境建立数学模型后通过数值计算，模拟还原各种真实过程，得到与实际直接相关的各种场的分布。通过CFD软件，可以直观的显示发生在反应器中传质、传热过程，进而分析其产生的机理，为实验提供指导，节省实验的时间和资源。 本文采用CFD方法，建立了传统反应器与热管生物反应器传热、传质的数学模型，研究了最大叶片式桨在高粘假塑性流体（黄原胶体系）中的混合传热特性，通过模拟分析了反应器中的流动场、死区分布、温度场、剪切速率和表观粘度，对比了此搅拌器与双层桨在黄原胶水溶液中的传质与传热状况；同时模拟了热管对于搅拌釜中传质和传热过程的影响。工作介质选用质量分数为1.0wt%的黄原胶溶液，希望在确保搅拌釜内混合效果的同时，有效的解决黄原胶发酵过程中的传热问题。 研究表明：最大叶片式桨及双层桨都具在釜内形成清晰地“双循环”流型结构，形成良好的主体循环流动，但最大叶片式桨的搅动影响范围较大，有利于减小釜壁和釜底区域的边界层厚度，在混合方面有明显的优势；随着单位体积功耗的增大，反应器内温度分布均匀程度有明显改善，使反应器中的平均温度处于更低的水平。为黄原胶发酵过程中发酵热无法及时移出的问题提供了一种有效地解决方法；热管的使用明显提高了反应器内的传热性能，使反应器中的整体温度有明显下降。 由此可见，CFD方法可以用于解决黄原胶以及其他高粘度非牛顿型流体生产过程所遇到的发酵热无法及时移出的问题，为黄原胶的规模生产提供了重要的参数，同时对于反应器中桨型的选择及优化有指导意义。 |

Powders of Ba1−xBixSc0.1Co0.9O3−ı and BaBixSc0.1Co0.9−xO3−ı (x = 0–0.3) were prepared by a combined EDTA–citrate complexing sol–gel process. Ba(NO3)2 (99%, Ajax Finechem Australia), Bi(NO3)3·5H2O (99.99+%, Sigma–Aldrich), Sc(NO3)3 (99.9%, Metall Rare Earth Limited, China) and Co(NO3)2·6H2O (98.0+%, Sigma–Aldrich) were used as the raw materials for metal sources. Stoichiometric quantities of these metal nitrates were added to the EDTA (99.4+%, Ajax Finechem Australia) and NH3 aqueous solution (28%, Ajax Finechem Australia) (to control the pH at 6) under heating and stirring followed by the addition of anhydrous citric acid (99.5%, Fluka) resulting in violet transparent aqueous solution. The molar ratio of all metal nitrates:EDTA:citric acid is kept at 1:1.1:2. After evaporation of water, a dark purple gel was recovered. The gel was pretreated on the furnace at 700 ◦C for 8 h to form a solid precursor. The solid precursor was then ground onto powder and calcined at 700 ◦C for 8 h. As calcined powders were ball milled with ethanol (Analytical Reagent, Repack) in a planetary mill (Pulverisette 5, Fritsch) at 500rpm for 1.5 h and heated at 80 ◦C afterwards to evaporate the ethanol. The powders were subsequently pressed under a 5 tons force hydraulic press onto disks with diameter of 15mm. These green disks were finally sintered between 950 and 1100 ◦C for 8 h. 亲们，帮忙翻译一下吧 感激 |
