搞不懂啥意思

After review of your credentials and CV from the Credentialing office and School of Medicine they will determine what position you would fall under. It is a requirement and it is policy, that we cover the health insurance. You cannot use International insurance as this is not permitted. I've inquired the credentialing office to see whether you are able to purchase JHU insurance on your own costs when you arrive. Your invitation letter does not promise an acceptance or approval or an offer. I will get back to you regarding where we are regarding the insurance.
