[求助] 搞不懂啥意思

Thanks for your inquiry.
Please note, any incoming personnel cannot dictate what their status will be. After review of your credentials and CV from the Credentialing office and School of Medicine they will determine what position you would fall under.
It is a requirement and it is policy, that we cover the health insurance. You cannot use International insurance as this is not permitted. I've inquired the credentialing office to see whether you are able to purchase JHU insurance on your own costs when you arrive.
Your invitation letter does not promise an acceptance or approval or an offer. I will get back to you regarding where we are regarding the insurance. Before I start any of the approval process, this insurance situation needs to be addressed first.

意思是人家还没有确定给你offer，你需要自己购买一个JHU的保险，他们不负责给你买，你所拥有的国际保险他那不能用，并且你还不一定能够有资格买这个保险，总之就是要你等消息了，如果他有了进一步的消息他会和你联系的。慢慢等待吧。
