PEMFC的MEA制造流程(CCM法)

这是美国 Los Alamos National Laboratory发表的论文概要。仅供参考 第一步,catalysis ink 制备 1.0g of 5% Nafion solution ,0.125 g of Pt/CB, stir for 1 hour. Add 0.5 g glycerol and stir for 15 minutes. Add 50 mg of 1 M Tetra Butyl Ammonium hydroxide/methanol, Stir for 1 hour. Add 0.5g of glycerol again, and stir for 24 hours. 第2步,PTFE上涂布 Clean Teflon film and dry them. Lightly spray them with a Teflon release agent and, record their weights. With an camel hair brush, paint a coat of catalyst ink on the film and put them in a 140°C drying oven for 1 hour. Check their weights and repeat the painting (paint 90° to previous direction) and drying until the desired loading is achieved. 第三步 CCM制备 Cut Nafion 112 PEM to the desired size. Exchange membranes to Na form. The painted side of two decals are placed facing each other on either side of a dried Na form membrane. The stainless steel holder is placed in a 210°C preheated hot press and compressed to 0.8 MPa for 5 min. The decals are then peeled away from the membrane leaving the catalyst electrodes fused to the membrane (CCM). Boil CCM in 0.5 M H2SO4 for 1 hr. 第四步 GDLs are cut to fit the particular size electrodes. GDL/CCM/GDL can be hotpressed for better contact, or directly inset into a cell.
