Job Description: ¡¤ Participate in multi-disciplinary teams on projects related to building energy system modeling and simulation. ¡¤ Develop innovative modeling methods and solutions to multiple applications including modeling of building envelope, loads and HVAC systems, fault detection of the energy performance, and corrective algorithm optimization and implementation. ¡¤ Support technology demonstration of advanced building energy management systems. ¡¤ Create new technical and project opportunities through technology leveraging, strategic partnering, and acquisition of external contracts. Minimum Qualifications Required: ¡¤ PhD degree in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering with 3-5 year professional experience. ¡¤ In-depth knowledge and experience in building energy system modeling, analysis, simulation and computation (MASC). ¡¤ Familiarity with building energy management systems. ¡¤ Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and good communication skills. Chinese is desirable but not necessary.
