Lab Manager

Job Objective
Develop, monitor and implement quality control procedures and policies according to corporate standards to ensure that raw materials meet the production requirements and products satisfy customer expectations and achieve superior reliability. Supervise and monitor ISO related activities to ensure obtain of certification and maintain the quality assurance system in the Company.
Main Responsibilities
-  Create and set quality control programs / quality standard and co-operate with production function to insure that all raw materials and finished products are inspected and tested in accordance with the established systems consistently meet quality standards and specifications.
-  Be responsible for the edition and periodical update when necessary of the Quality Control Manual in order to formulate the accurate guidelines for all relevant staff e. g. engineers, operators, tec.

-  Master degree in Chemistry
-  Min. 10 years in laboratory, Min. 2 years as QA/QC Manager
-  In-depth knowledge of chemical analyzer and related equipment, standards and norms (QA/QC related)
-  Good at analytical thinking, conflict management and Environmental, Health and Safety awareness
