澳大利亚阿德莱德大学招收一名计算机人类行为识别方向博士生（全额奖学金）

We are now offering a PhD scholarship funded from the prestigious Australian Research Council (ARC) Discovery Projects. The ARC Discovery project aims at developing a novel system for automated human activity discovery and monitoring using low-cost, unobstrusive radio-frequency identification (RFID) and sensor network technologies. The PhD research will be performed under the supervision of A/Prof. Michael Sheng (http://www.cs.adelaide.edu.au/~qsheng) from School of Computer Science, with access to other collaborating research teams in Australia and USA. The stipend of the scholarship is $25,000 per annum (tax exempt) for 3 years, plus travel funds for attending conferences. We are looking for a highly-motivated, dedicated candidate who meets the following requirements: - An excellent Honors (1st class) or equivalent degree (Masters) in Computer Science or a closely related field, - Very good programming and math skills, - Very good communicative skills in English, both in speaking and in writing, - Experience within the fields of database, statistics, data mining, sensor networks/RFID, Web services, are of advantage Application: Interested candidates are requested to send their application to A/Prof. Michael Sheng (qsheng@cs.adelaide.edu.au) by 31/03/2013, including: 1.
