JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY 职位设立的目的 Support business in toothpaste and non-food application industries. Support in development of new solutions & applications, and provide technical services to customers under the guidance from application specialist. Ensure all activities are in line with policies, business strategies and Global Innovation Rules. 2. AUTHORITY 职责范围 1. According to requests of line manager, develop forward looking applications and solutions of non-food application of CMC and hydrocolloids products for future business opportunities; 2. Develop technical solutions and provide technical solutions and services according to customers’ technical requests. It may include test in laboratories presentation of results, customer visits, running trials at customer’s sides, having seminars. 3. Share knowledge, application technology & experience internally with innovation and other teams; Present products’ knowledge and application technology to selected customers. Exchange key learning, knowledge, sharing technical/marketing information and experience over Innovation teams and cross different divisions 4. Together with line manager, report on technical achievements to Innovation director and to Global Innovation organization. 5. Assist and support line manager for projects/TSRs development and project/lab management. 3. MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 主要职责 Key responsibilities / accountabilities Key performance indicators Handle projects/TSRs to create the best value to the company Annualized wined TSR value TSR deadline compliance Make sure all the activities are in line with policy, strategy and global innovation rules System compliance: Technical report Webtime(%bronze customer hours, %opportunity TSR) Keep updating and sharing on the technical achievements Monthly report 6. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 最低任职资格 Education 教育程度 Master degree or above in Polymer Chemistry or Applied Chemical related science Work experience 工作经验 A minimum of 2 years experience in polymer chemistry or hydrocolloids research related area with record good performance Technical knowledge/skills 技术知识和技巧 Solid knowledge on polymer chemistry and hydrocolloids Strong knowledge on toothpaste culture starter, or related application. Project management skill Able to plan and prioritize Language 语言能力 Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English Attitude 工作态度 Hard working, team player, self motivated, result-oriented, open-mind and good communication skill, good inter-personal skill Others: 其它 Key Poiont:该职位要求至少硕士学历，且一定一定要英文流利！！！做牙膏配方开发或上游相关原料技术服务2年左右，必须必须是牙膏相关！！！！ 待遇：五险一金，10-20K*13，奖金部分另算 Helena Q380945774 h020523@vastsea.com |
