AICIT强行要发表 已有15人参与

我的论文投到AICT旗下期刊，三月初接受，我还没交钱，2013EI出炉，都被T了，就发邮件告诉编辑我不发了，请求撤稿，结果编辑回复如下： It's regretful to say that cancellation is impossible due to an author's private request as we announced on the website (you can see it on the website.) Your paper is already under the publication process by publishing company according to the procedures. This publication was requested by author and, as announced on the web, cancellation is not possible when the paper’s publication process is completed. Indexing Service is post publication service, and we process it under publication rules and procedures. EI is also one of indexing services and, as we said, we got a clear notice of approval on Sept.24, 2012 from Elsevier’s general manager, so we now are in the discussion over this issue with Elsevier. In addition, papers in the publication queue have been submitted by authors themselves under the publication procedures. Receiving acceptance letters, uploading Final version of their paper after revision to our request, making the payment for the publication and uploading the information on the web are all done by authors. In this process, the journal, as world-class international journal, keeps world standards and, like other general international journals, cancellation is impossible. Though we express regret, the journal’s publication is on the normal process with almost no cancellation request. 貌似不交版面费，也要强行给我出版，那我的论文岂不是不能再投了，真是霸王啊，我有什么办法阻止吗？ [ Last edited by kidnappedman on 2013-3-22 at 13:32 ] |
