一句英文的求助，看是不是有问题

为了验证空位团簇的确来自绝缘层，我们对这一结构作了系统的试验 求润色英文： In order to identify vacancy clusters are indeed derived from the insulating layer, systematic studies on the structure were also conducted. 另外，vacancy clusters 是复数还是单数啊 可以说 the vacancy clusters 吗？ 或者作为一类缺陷 当成单数可以吗 vacancy clusters as another important type of defects, which are formed。。 可否这么表达？ [ Last edited by sunliuqian on 2013-3-21 at 22:16 ] |
