The dormant buds of rice is the basis of the rice regeneration breeding, and it has the potential to develop into a complete plants.¡¾Objective¡¿The objective of this study was to explore and build a asexual reproduction technology system to quick access to a large number of regenerated rice plants.¡¾Method¡¿After mature harvest, we can the intercept the rice stems in vitro, including invertedto pour 3 nodes dormant buds,as materials which come from the special rice,such as female infertility FS, male sterility MS, polyploid and self-incompatibility, etc ,as well as conventional rice, hybrid rice (F1) .By the screened suitable ratio of exogenous hormone combination solution soaking,then spread in nursery bed , overburden nurture, and ultimately by the regeneration rice.¡¾Result¡¿The regeneration efficiency of the rice stems in vitro, Whether through the exogenous plant hormone treatment, was significantly better than directly transplanting rice pile which imitate ratooning rice, and the germination rate , chlorophyll content, leaf area, panicle length, single spike grain number of the regeneration plants are greatly improved, and the difference was very significant.
Various traits of plants obtained by hormone treatment the rice stems in vitro was slightly better than non-hormone treated regenerated plants, but similar with the plants of seed germination.¡¾Conclusion¡¿This study initially established a rice asexual reproduction technology system.It can basically solve the problems like the breeding of some special materials, the complexity and high cost of hybrid seed production, and provides a new idea for the rich rice asexual propagation techniques.

The rice dormant bud is the basis for rice reproduction and regeneration, and it has the potential to develop into a complete plant.¡¾Objective¡¿The study aimed to explore and establish an asexual reproduction technology system to rapidly obtain a large number of regenerated rice plants.¡¾Method¡¿After harvest, we intercepted rice stems including dormant buds of the last three internodes from particular rice lines such as female infertility (FS), male sterility (MS), polyploid and self-incompatibility lines, as well as inbred rice and hybrid rice (F1). After soaking in solution with suitable hormone combination, spreading in nursery bed and overburden nurturing, regenerated rice plants were eventually obtained. The difference in various traits and physiological parameters were compared between hormone treatment, non-hormone treatment, directly transplanted rice stubble and seedlings. ¡¾Result¡¿Rice stems with dormant buds, regardless of hormone treatment, had significantly higher regeneration efficiency than directly transplanted rice stubbles which imitate ratooning rice. They also showed significantly higher germination rate, chlorophyll content, leaf area, panicle length and grains per panicle. Hormone treatment slightly improved the performance of the plants obtained from rice stems in vitro than non-hormone treated control, but similar with the plants from seed germination.¡¾Conclusion¡¿This study established a preliminary rice asexual reproduction technology system. It basically solves the difficult problems such as reproduction of some special materials, complexity and high cost in seed production of hybrid rice, and provides a new alternative to increase rice asexual propagation techniques.
