International Top Talent (ITT) is looking for a Project Assistant Location: Shanghai, China Are you pro-active, taking initiative and having a strong drive to get things done? Do you know how to deal with other people and important stakeholders? Are you a good communicator and do you like working on international assignments? Do you have a technical background, but want to develop yourself into business and HR? Then, you may be the person we are looking for! We are a fast growing company in the international HR industry. International Top Talent matches professionals from China to companies and research institutes from and in the Netherlands, Europe. We focus in particular on engineers and professionals with a technical background. Through a personal approach, we help international candidates to prepare for assessments and interviews at the international companies. International Top Talent is active in the Netherlands and in China. What are your tasks and responsibilities? Ÿ You will assist in search and selection processes of Chinese professionals for the European market Ÿ You will be involved with the project management of events organized by ITT Shanghai office Ÿ You will conduct Sino-Dutch researches and learn to provide professional consulting services Ÿ You will assist in day to day tasks, such as translating during meetings, making appointments Ÿ You will work on preparing promotional materials, website, newsletters and logistics Are you the one we are looking for? Ÿ You have a Bsc/Msc degree, preferably in technical studies such as Chemistry, Physics, Math Ÿ You have a strong affinity with HR and a passion to develop in such direction Ÿ You speak and write fluent in Chinese and English Ÿ You are energetic, trustworthy, strong motivated and eager to work hard Ÿ You have good writing skills Ÿ You like to work in an international environment, with both Chinese and international colleagues Ÿ You are available on a full time basis, starting as of 1 April 2013 Ÿ You are flexible in working time and in adjusting to changes in project Benefits We will offer you a rewarding payment and besides, you will get on-job training and coaching to become a professional.
