A Marie Curie PhD Student Position is available at the Department of Physics, University of Oulu, Finland in the frame of a new Marie Curie Initial Training Network \"pNMR\", www.pnmr.eu. The position is situated in the group of Prof. Juha Vaara (juha.vaara _at_ oulu.fi). It concerns the development of new quantum-chemical theory and/or software for the calculation of pNMR parameters within applications in life sciences, drug discovery, catalysis and materials sciences. The suitable background of the candidate is in physical/quantum chemistry or computational/theoretical physics. Expected starting date: Autumn 2013. Latest application date: April 30, 2013. Apply before the deadline by sending your CV, motivation letter and one or more letters of recommendation to all of the following three addresses: (1) the coordinator of the network (guido.pintacuda _at_ ens-lyon.fr); (2) the principal investigator of the U.
