Lowry法测定腐植酸问题求解答

我找到了一篇早期的文献，里面有一段描述用Lowry法测定腐植酸和蛋白质的过程。但是我不是很理解啊。什么叫硫酸铜加不加，分别能测定蛋白质和腐殖酸啊？ Proteins and humic compounds were deter-mined using the Lowry procedure.Colour development was mea- sured with and without CuSO4 addition. When CuSO4 is omitted the colour development is due to humic compounds (Box 1983) and chromogenic amino acids (Peterson 1979). Without CuSO4 the colour developed by bovine serum albumin (BSA) decreased to 20% but no decrease was observed for humic acids. The mu- tual interference of proteins and humic compounds was ad-dressed as shown in Eqs. 1-4. 哪位神仙有用过此方法测定腐植酸的吗？如果有的话，能不能告知一二，或者如果有该方法比较详细的资料，也可以发一份给我参考一下。。。谢谢啊。。。。 |
