前几天投了篇论文， 编辑很快给了回复， 回信如下： Dear Author, Thank you for submitting your manuscript. Due to the number of submissions the journal now receives, it will not be possible for us to consider publishing the manuscript until the end of 2014, presuming it passes peer review. Consequently, if early publishing is important to you for any reason, you may wish to submit the manuscript elsewhere. Please be aware that by submitting this manuscript to our journal you have certified that no unattributed verbatim work by any other author is included in this version.
