Referee(s)' Comments to Author: Reviewing: 1 Comments to the Author This submission reported various polymer-coated barium titanate particles and discussed their electric properties. The material was interesting but the electric-responsive characteristic was not well presented. I recommend the authors resubmit it after a major revision. Detailed comments: The shear moduli change of elastomer composite with the electric fields should be supplied in order to well present the change of electric-responsive characteristic after polymer-coating? Fig. 1, there is error in curve b. Please correct it. How to determine the contact angle? Please give the experiment detailed. 谢谢大家！  |
