So, annealing of the singel crystal nanowire at 200~300℃ will result in the decomposition of the AgSbTe2 into Ag2Te and Sb2Te3. But annealing at 100℃ will increase the crystallinity of AgSbTe2 nanowire. This is becuase, the decompostion rate is slow at low temperature, but the recrystallization and growth rates of the AgSbTe2 crystals in nanowire are much fasfter. With the increase of the temperature, the decomposition rate will become higher than the recrystallization rate. The above analysis results demonstrate that annealing the AgSbTe2 single crystal nanowire accquired by electrodeposition at a temperature around 100 C can increase the crystallinity of a nanowire. |
