退火对AgSbTe2单晶纳米线的影响可以通过Ag2Te—Sb2Te3赝二元相图[144]加以理解。图中δ相即为AgSbTe2单相,从图中可以看出,AgSbTe2相在某一较高的温度区域(360~550℃)内才能在热力学上稳定存在,并且单相AgSbTe2仅存在于Ag2Te/Sb2Te3摩尔比大于1的一个三角形小区域内。在低于360℃时,AgSbTe2倾向于分解,生成Ag2Te和Sb2Te3。

The annealing effect on the  single crystal AgSbTe2 nanowire can be well understood via. the Ag2Te—Sb2Te3 pseudo bi-phase diagram [144]. In this diagram, the δ phase is the single phase of AgSbTe2. It also can be seen from the diagram that, thermodynamically,  the AgSbTe2 phase can be preserved stably only at certain high temperatrue region, and the single phase AgSbTe2 can only be reserved in a small triangle region where the Ag2Te/Sb2Te3 molar ratio is larger than 1. at the temperature lower tan 360C, the AgSbTe2 tends to decompose into Ag2Te and Sb2Te3.
