论文被拒了 求建议

第一个审稿人的意见比较尖锐,第二个主要是说英语太烂，编辑直接退稿了。 大家看这样我改完，再找机构润色下重投还有机会吗？多谢 Editor Evaluation : The reviewers say that your work does not merit journal publication for several reasons. Please read their reviews and suggestions for improvement. Reviewer Comments : 1.Although the work appears to be good, the presentation is unclear, and so I do not think that this paper would be helpful to readers. If the authors can clarify the presentation, then the paper might be made suitable for publication, but I am not very confident that the authors would be able to successfully revise the paper. It is difficult for me to complete the "technical content," "importance to field," and "completeness" ratings because I cannot understand the paper... 2.This paper presents an extension of the work by ••••and other ••••••Wang, et al. extend the ••••• and provide a mathematically robust method for finding solutions The mathematical treatment is quite complete. The English is aweful, but it is always understandable without difficulty. Prepositions, in particular, are something of a problem for a non-native writer. I also found "Largrangian" below equation (25), clearly a typographical error, since this is spelled correctly elsewhere in the manuscript. |
