“Let the authors address my following comments 1. What would be change in the results when Chaotic SA uses cauchy function tahn metropolis function. 2. Cite more relevant work in CSA 3. Computations experiments must be more rigorous 4. Validation needs improvementPl. follow the IJPR format in citing the references. 5. I have seen many deviations in quoting the references. 6. What is the main reason of choosing 40 successive test 7. Can you support your example on some well known other example and compare the results.” 论文写得比较粗糙，这样的修改意见，不知道改了之后再投还有没有希望能中呢？第一次投稿，麻烦大家提提建议和意见，或者讲讲你们的经验，谢谢！ 注：投的是“ International Journal of Production Research” |
