“Let the authors address my following comments 1. What would be change in the results when Chaotic SA uses cauchy function tahn metropolis function. 2. Cite more relevant work in CSA 3. Computations experiments must be more rigorous 4. Validation needs improvementPl. follow the IJPR format in citing the references. 5. I have seen many deviations in quoting the references. 6. What is the main reason of choosing 40 successive test 7.
