UNSW2013fall申请问题

| 我申请的是UNSW2013fall，在查看我的申请状态那里，看到Notarised/Certified Transcript和Certified English Translations这两项显示的是outstanding，请问这两个是什么意思? |

只需要把所有的材料做成PDF邮件发过去就行吧，http://research.unsw.edu.au/document-submission-guidelines 这个网址上有写，申请的时候只需要提交电子版的就可以吧？ 但是在在线申请的系统里却又要求 Application checklist Your application cannot be considered unless all essential documents are provided to the University.
