1.Introduction:
The 3rd International Conference on Sensor Network and Mobile Computing (SNMC 2013)，which is co-sponsored by  National Cheng Kung University(Taiwan), and International Association of Management Science & Engineering Technology (IAMSET) (Hong Kong)，will be held in Tainan City, Taiwan，during September 13-15, 2013.
The focus of SNMC 2013 is on bringing together relevant researchers to explore the Sensor Networks and Mobile Computing technologies and applications.

2.Pulications:
All accepted papers will be published on the international journal, including but not limited to: Advances in Information Sciences and Service Sciences (AISS), Journal of Convergence Information Technology (JCIT), International Journal of Digital Content Technology and its Applications (JDCTA) and indexed by EI (Journal Article).
