Editor拒搞后，重新修改，重新再投这个相同的杂志，怎么写cover letter？

我想请教下，投的文章，审了2个月，reviewer的意见没有实质否定的意见，只是认为有些地方没有写清楚，也没有要求补充实验数据，但是editor回信说拒了这篇文章。 我现在按照reviewer提的问题重新修改下结果和讨论，现在想要重新再给这个杂志投一次稿，应该怎么给editor写cover letter，有没有什么需要特别注意的。因为是第一次遇到这样的情况，不知道该怎么去投稿？ |

Dear Editor, I am submitting here a manuscript entitled “@@@@@@”. We submitted this manuscript in November. Two reviewers gave us good advices, one reviewer pointed “@@@@@”. The other reviewer advised me amending few inaccuracies. We performed a more rigorous and methodological analysis and repeated the experiments and numerical simulations.
