[求助] CMU的DS2019表申请材料中对资助证明期限的要求

目前我已经获得CMU的一个教授的口头offer，正在等待他们系主任签发的正式邀请函。他让我先到他们的国际教育办公室（OIE）网页上看一下DS2019表的申请流程，说是我拿到邀请函后要自己联系OIE办理DS2019表。

我看到对资助证明的要求中有这么一项：
Other Scholarship
Original letter from the agency awarding the scholarship, addressed to CMU, in your name and clearly stating in your name and indicating the precise amount awarded, the duration of the award and other terms of the award dated no more than six months prior.

可是我的CSC的资助信（访问学者）是去年7月份签发的，那这个文件是不是就不能用了？CSC会重新给签发一份资助函嘛？如果不签发的话岂不是我要放弃这次机会？

请有经验的老师指教这种情况应该怎么处理，谢谢！
