The intrinsic binding constant (K) was obtained by absorption titration . The absorption titration was performed by keeping the concentration of N-(ACR-4-CA)-?-ALA constant while varying the ctDNA concentration. This was done by mixing different volume of ctDNA and the same volume of N-(ACR-4-CA)-?-ALA, and then diluting the mixing solution to 5 ml. This resulted in a series of solutions with varying concentration of ctDNA but with a constant concentration of N-(ACR-4-CA)-?-ALA. K was determined from the plot of D/△?ap vs D. Here D denotes the concentration of ctDNA, △?ap = [?a - ?f]  and △??= [?b - ?f]. The apparent extinction coefficient,??a, is obtained by calculating [Aformer - ActDNA - AN-(ACR-4-CA)-?-ALA]/[N-(ACR-4-CA)-?-ALA]. Aforme??r, ActDNA, AN-(ACR-4-CA)-?-ALA denote the absorbance at 261 nm of the former of N-(ACR-4-CA)-?-ALA with ctDNA, the absorbance at 260 nm of ctDNA, and the absorbance at 262 nm of N-(ACR-4-CA)-?-ALA, respectively. ?b, ?f correspond to the extinction coefficient of the bound form of N-(ACR-4-CA)-?-ALA and the extinction coefficient of free N-(ACR-4-CA)-?-ALA, respectively. The data were fitted to equation (2), and K was obtained from the ratio of the slope to the y-intercept.

  The intrinsic binding constant of N-(ACR-4-CA)-?-ALA with ctDNA is (3.0±0.5)×105 M-1 in base pairs. That is much larger than  N-[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]acridine-4-carboxamid (7.4×104 M-1) and 9-aminoacridine (7.2×104 M-1) .The result shows that the binding affinity is evaluated as the introduction of ?-alanine on C-9 position of acridine-4-carboxamide.

我觉得这段文章有以下几个问题(个人意见,水平有限)
1.时态比较乱
2.用词有点重复
3.句子有点短,读起来感觉不连贯。
我稍微修改了一下,因为水平有限,见笑了。

我不知道你想用“evaluated as”说明什么?
也许能改成increased根据上下文
