[交流] 投了一篇ACS Catal，审稿意见如下，修改后重投有希望吗

Thank you for submitting your manuscript for publication in ACS Catalysis. It has been examined by expert reviewers whose reviews are enclosed. The reviewers have expressed serious reservations about this work that I don’t believe could be addressed through a standard major revision. In light of the comments received, I am unable to accept the manuscript for publication in ACS Catalysis.
However, if further experimentation, analysis, and revisions allow you to address the referees concerns in full we would be happy to consider a revised manuscript that included such data and analysis, assuming no related data is published in the interim. We ask that you submit your revision by 01-Jun. This revision should address the reviewers’ comments and include a point-by-point response to the concerns. Please either highlight, color font, or underline the actual changes made to the manuscript.

Yes, you right. However, If he can reverse the paper fully according to the reviewers, the resubmitted manuscript will not need be reviewed again. And this decision is mainly decided by the author's attitude.

楼上说的太武断了吧
我看了一遍全文，没见到编辑拒搞呀，写的是让你大修major revision，具体还得看看审稿人意见，如果没那么苛刻，最好就point-by-point response，给你的修改时间是3个月，截止到01-Jun
这段文字感觉是这个期刊的大修的套话
我觉得既然都花了那么长时间投稿+审稿，还没直接拒，还是好好修改一下吧，比重投中奖几率大
