POSITION: Engineering Supervisor (Implants)
REPORT TO: Engineering Manager (New Products)
LOCATION:  Jinhua, Zhejiang Province

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop a complete engineering package to ensure to deliver various projects on time which
includes:
1. Manage Transfer and NPI implant project, including project Scope, timeline, cost, Quality,
Etc;
2. Manage a engineering team to achieve project’s objective;
3. Manage and develop all engineering deliveries, including Drawing, BOM, Route, Fixture,
tooling, process specification and work instruction, etc.;
4. Leadership responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning,
assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining
employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
5. Responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all company guidelines related to Health,
Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in
good condition.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering, Associate degree in mechanical manufacturing is
the Minimum.
2. Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
3. years working experience as manufacturing engineer in trauma and spine products and 1
years management experiences is the minimum;
4. Experience of working within a Process Excellence / Six Sigma type environment.
5. Excellent Leadership, management and written/verbal communication skills.
6. Capable of devising, implementing and monitor multiple project plans simultaneously.
7. Ability to effectively work at all levels of an organization.
8. Should be able to demonstrate a clear track record of technical accomplishments.
