A series of copper spacers (Longmei Copper Foil Co.,Nanjing, China) with thicknesses ranging from 1 to100 lm were used as a mold. However, the thicknesses of the films obtained were a little higher than the theoretical value. So a focusing ring of an optical microscope was used to measure the precise thickness of the polymer films.
