Not fully developed MTJ device as the explored structure is, yet it does include vital electrode/barrier/electrode sandwich layers, with which the change of sample microstructure can be virtually studied during annealing. or if you like long one(not recoommend) Wiith investigated structure the study on sample microstructure during annealing can virtually be conducted on the grounds that the nvestigated structure, not beig fully formed MTJ device, does include the essential electrode/barrier/electrode sandwich layers. still more!! Old boy, one more thing, plagiarism is never desirable. |
