有谁写作好手帮我改下这三句话啊 这个是我要引用的文献内容 但是不能直接考上去,涉嫌抄袭 有谁可以帮我同样的意思,换换表达方式  1. XX have shown by first principles analysis that the interchannel diffusive scattering by disordered oxygen vacancies located at or near the Fe/MgO interface drastically reduces the TMR. 2. YY found that O vacancies in the barrier significantly affect the conductance in MTJs by nonresonant scattering of tunneling electrons causing a substantial reduction of TMR. 3.ZZ found that O vacancis in the MgO can produce symmetry-breaking scattering and thus open channels for the noncoherent tunneling process. Improving the quality of the MgO barrier to reduce O vacancy concentration would improve TMR in MTJs. |

1. XX have proved that TMR can be substantially cut by interchannel diffusive scattering by out-of-order oxygen vacancies at or near the Fe/MgO interface. The analying method employed in the study is principles analysis. 2. YY has shown that O vacancies in the barrier exert great effect on the conductance in MTJs by nonresonant scattering of tunneling electrons, which leads to a drastic decrease of TMR. 3. According to ZZ, O vacancis in the MgO can generate symmetry-breaking scattering, providing access to the noncoherent tunneling. If the quality of the MgO barrier is bettered to decrease O vacancy concentration, then TMR in MTJs will be improved. |
