Job description:
1. Proactive in external and internal customer problem solving.
2. Act as elemental analytical science expertise internal and external.
3. Identify the elemental composition in known or unknown samples.
4. Develop elemental analysis methods and expand elemental science platform capability.
5. Provide analytical total solution. Understand the product development process and requirement
6. Provide technical consultant and guideline for internal customers and technicians.

Qualification
1. Ph.D. or Master with 3-5 year + hands on experience in elemental analysis field including ICP-MS, ICP, AAS, IC, etc. ICP-MS experience is a must.
2. Strong elemental analysis science fundamental technology understanding.
3. Strong elemental analysis instrument operation and maintenance competency.
4. Strong sample preparation competency.
5. Familiar with other analytical technologies like FTIR, XRF, SEM, NMR, chromatographs/MS, thermal analysis, rheology, etc is a plus.
6. Creative, versatile, passionate for new technologies.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
8. Energetic, vigorous attitude, inclusive in working relationship with other functions
