[求助] UCSC RefSeq gene的注释信息

UCSC RefSeq gene的注释信息里面的txEnd（Transcription end position）是如何获得的？
RefSeq genes are manually curated by NCBI staff based on high quality full-length cDNA sequence, and aligned onto genome by UCSC staff to generate the RefGene table. So most if not all of the gene end coordinates in RefGene table is exactly the genome position where the polyA tail in full-length cDNA cannot be aligned, that is, the polyA site of the full-length cDNA.
上面这段话可以认为txEnd位点对于加A的基因就是polyA位点么？
